If you purchased pre-sale tickets for either of the South Africa shows through LPUnderground.com, your tickets can be collected at any Shoprite, Checkers or Computicket Store at any time before the event. To ensure entry to this event, please pick up your tickets before the end of this week. Present this letter, as well as your ID document at the pickup point where you will be collecting your tickets.
These are paid pre-sale tickets, therefore you can collect your tickets with this letter. Should you have any difficulty picking up the tickets, kindly ask the Computicket outlet to contact Retail Support on (011) 340 - 8777. Please note that all tickets need to be picked up at a valid Computicket outlet before the event. No tickets will be distributed on the night of the concert.
